Sunday, October 19, 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. Minnesota Atheists Monthly
Meeting, Ramsey County Library, Hamline Ave. and County Road B,
Roseville. Hector Avalos, professor of Religious Studies, will speak
on the struggle against teaching Intelligent Design in classes at Iowa
State University.
Hector has a video lecture available on the MN Atheist web page entitled: How Archaeology Killed Biblical History.
I think it is a very interesting lecture that displays Hector's expertise on Biblical history and archeology. It is one of the first things that got me interested in MN Atheists.
