MP3 Format Folks, I like your program, but the 64kbps MP3 is really low quality. Any chance you could offer a higher-quality MP3 feed? |

Feed Quality Since we record at an AM station, we're not going to get any better quality. The state fair recordings are of worse quality because they are recorded from the live stream they provide from the internet. If we were doing our own recording, we could get a better source, but a higher quality bit rate doesn't sound any better, and takes that much more bandwidth and time to download. If we ever switch to a podcast only, we may increase the bit rate. |
