| MN Atheists Celebrate Darwin Day at the Science Museum on Sunday, Feb 10th at Noon |
Darwin Day isn't until the 12th, but we're getting started early. On Sunday, Feburary 10, we'll be at the Science Museum of Minnesota around noon. We'll have handouts about Charles Darwin and the work he has done in describing evolution. The Museum is fun for kids and kids at heart. The Omnitheater features the Alps, and the special exhibit is Animation. We'll be gathering around noon in the cafe for a quick get together and lunch, then heading off to the exhibits. Feel free to go it alone, or gather in a group, either way, we'll have fun. Theater and exhibit tickets are $16 for adults, and $13 for children. Exhibits only are $11 for adults and $8.50 for children from 4-12 years. Dual memberships are $69 and good for a year's worth of Omnitheater shows and exhibit passes for two people. $95 will buy you a household membership for two adults and a whole mess of kids and grandkids. For more information about the Science Museum of Minnesota, check out their website. For more information on Darwin Day, click here.
