MNA at CONvergence

CONvergence is the largest fan-run science fiction and fantasy convention in the U.S. With more than 6,000 members, it’s a huge, weekend-long celebration of geekery for all ages.

Working with FreethoughtBlogs, Minnesota Atheists had a small presence in the CONvergence party spaces. In 2018, we expanded into our own party space with the Magic School Party Room (no relation). This is a family-friendly space with hands-on activities for learning about circuits and non-Newtonian fluids, salons built around topics for adults, and lots of room for creative play and storytelling.

Our party room also provides resources to connect con-goers with local and national secular organizations. (Camp Quest is very popular with our core demographic.) If you’re at CONvergence, come find us. No children required.
