Volunteer With Minnesota Atheists
The work of Minnesota Atheists is currently done 100% by volunteers. Most of that work is done within our committees. Review the committees to find out who’s doing the work you want to do, then contact the committee chair.
If you’re interested in community volunteer events, please check out our Meetup page.
Our Current Needs
- We have moved Atheists Talk off the radio and need volunteers for podcasting. Work needed includes scheduling guests, editing shows, and promotion. Oh, yes, and we always have room for dependable interviewers. Contact our Radio Committee.
- With the new website up and running, it’s become much easier to add content. We could use volunteers to get our archive of newsletter articles fully online, as well as one or more volunteers to keep those articles current on an ongoing basis. Contact our Web Committee.
- We are always interested in new organizers for our events. Want to get together periodically with other atheists somewhere we’re not already meeting? We have resources to make that easier. Contact our Programs and Activities Committee.
- We are forming an Activism Committee to facilitate Minnesota Atheists working with other activist organizations, including alerting our members to opportunities to live our secular values. If you’d like to help set this up, please let us know.

Want to do something for or with Minnesota Atheists, but you don’t see us already doing that sort of thing? Please make a suggestion. We would love to do more as an organization by supporting more passionate volunteers.
